Volunteer Non-Executive Director

Hertfordshire Cricket Limited is seeking to appoint a volunteer Non-Executive Director to join its Board from November 2026 and help shape the future of cricket across Hertfordshire.

We're looking for someone who can bring strategic thinking, professional expertise and a commitment to good governance. Experience in commercial development, fundraising, sponsorship, legal services or governance would be particularly valuable, although previous board or cricket experience is not essential.

The role offers the opportunity to influence the future of cricket in Hertfordshire, develop board-level experience and contribute to an organisation delivering real community impact. The expected commitment is approximately 1-2 days per month, including five board meetings per year.

We are committed to building a Board that reflects the communities we serve and particularly welcome applications from women, people from ethnically diverse communities, disabled people, members of the LGBTQ+ community, younger adults and individuals currently underrepresented in sports governance and leadership.
