The plan is to have an annual EPP Tour to either West Indies, Sri Lanka or South Africa.
U13-U15 COUNTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (NEW)
At U13-U15 Hertfordshire are running development Programmes for those who did not quite make the CAG squads. These will be in three regions, have winter training after Christmas and a festival week in May half-term from which there will be a “BEST OF DEVELOPMENT” squad selected at U13, U14 and U15.
These Best Of sides will then play matches against other County Development sides and at invitation train with the CAG squad.
Players can go up to the CAG squad from the Development Squad at the discretion of the CAG Age Group Coach and similarly players can move down.
Development Squad players from the 3 regions who do not make the Best Of side will have fixtures arranged by the Regional coaches against each other in the summer school holidays.
