Chair of the Board of Directors
Due to the expiration of the ECB Terms of Service for the current Chair of HCL in January 2024, the HCL Board of Directors invite expressions of interest for the role of Chair.
We are seeking a progressive, values-driven and inspiring Chair to lead our inclusive and experienced Board and join the dedicated Trustees of Hertfordshire County Cricket Association. You will work closely with our Chief Executive to enhance relationships across cricket in Hertfordshire, setting the tone for the company and ensuring that cricket communities in Hertfordshire receive the best possible cricket in a sustainable way.
We are interested in hearing from compassionate and strategic leaders who have significant Board leadership experience gained in complex and changing environments and with significant exposure to cricket administration. Passionate about cricket in Hertfordshire, you will bring vision and belief to achieving HCL’s journey to outstanding performance, promoting the highest standards of integrity and corporate governance, and offering independent challenge and a high degree of support.
Please note the role is voluntary, however all reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
