18 Coaches from across Hertfordshire enjoyed Master Class workshop's in Batting and Seam Bowling on Friday evening at the Hertfordshire Sports Village as part of Hertfordshire Sports Partnership's Annual "Coach Education" Week.
Delivered by ECBCA Hertfordshire, the coaches were able to ask questions, actively take part and has discussions about the art of batting and spin bowling.
Tom Jenkins, Hertfordshire Performance Coach and ECB Level 3 delivered the Batting Workshop, which included conversation's about the following themes:
- Core Principles of Batting
- Games Based Practices
- The Modern Game
Mark Ilott, Former Essex & England Cricketer, delivered the Seam Bowling Workshop, which covered the following topics:
- Fundamentals of a Repeatable Action
- Seam Bowling Drills
- Tactical and mental approach
The Master Class Workshop programme continues on Friday 24th March at Herts Sports Village which cover "Spin Bowling" and "Fielding"
