Urgent notice to all Candidates........
Please note the Coach Support Worker Course that was scheduled for Sunday 27th March at Nobel School has been POSTPONED.
We were informed earlier this week, that due to a facilities management issue between the school (Nobel) and it’s contracted Facilities Management Company. The school will no longer be open on Sunday 27th March to be able to host the above course for us. Despite us voicing our concern that this was unacceptable and that out booking had been in place since May 2015, we have been unable to get the two bodies to come to a positive outcome.
Therefore, due to the unavailability of other venues and the uncertainty of being able to find a facility that can cater for the course between now and Sunday (27th March), we have had to take the decision to POSTPONE the Coach Support Worker Course. We do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope that candidates understand that this situation is beyond our control and we have been let down by the venue despite having a booking in place for nearly a year.
We are currently looking for a re-scheduled date, anticipated to be Late April / Early May and we hope that you will be able to attend. This could well be a couple of evening workshops, as we are aware that in late April/Early May, people could be playing cricket at the weekend. We will contact all candidates directly once this is in place.
Can we please ask that candidates continue to complete their SYC online Module if they haven’t already done so and ensure that they complete their ECB DBS application process, so that once the re-scheduled date is confirmed, you can be certificated straight away.
As a result of the re-scheduled date, if candidates are unable to attend, they will be entitled to a re-fund as per our terms and conditions.
Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and we would be grateful if all candidates would confirm receipt of this notice (and the email already sent out) to coacheducation@hertscricket.org
