Sunrisers, the London and East Elite Regional Women's Hub, have two incredible vacancies available, as the team looks to build a winning staff to support the team ahead of the Elite Women's domestic season starting soon.
The two roles, an Emerging Player Talent Manager and a Senior Regional Talent Manager, will report directly to the Regional Director of Women's Cricket.
EMERGING PLAYER TALENT MANAGER
The Sunrisers Emerging Player Talent Manager (EPTM) will work across County boundaries in conjunction with the Senior Regional Talent Manager (SRTM), Regional Director of Women’s Cricket (RDoWC), and County contacts. The EPTM will connect players and programmes to the new elite domestic structure within the Sunrisers Region. Playing a key role in the identification and development of players as they progress into the new elite domestic structure.
This role will play a significant part in this new start-up operation and will suit those with an interest in the development of people and cricket, an enjoyment of working as part of a team and a passion for continuous learning. You will need initiative, a can-do attitude, an ability to problem solve producing workable solutions and a commitment to help continue a player’s journey in the women’s and girls’ game.

SENIOR REGIONAL TALENT MANAGER
The Senior Regional Talent Manager (SRTM) will work across County boundaries in conjunction with the Regional Director of Women’s Cricket (RDoWC), the National Talent Manager and County contacts. The SRTM will connect players and programmes to the new elite domestic structure within the Sunrisers Region and the England Women’s Cricket Pathway (EWCP).
This exciting role will play a significant part in this new start-up operation and will suit those with a passion for the development of people and cricket, a fascination with talent identification, an enjoyment of leading and influencing people and a passion for continuous learning. You will need initiative, a can-do attitude, an ability to problem solve producing workable solutions and a commitment to help continue the drive in professionalising the women’s and girls’ game.
Both roles will form a key part of the Sunrisers regional talent development framework and the delivery of the girls performance pathway across the region. The roles will suit individuals who are passionate about providing high quality opportunities and experiences that have a lasting impact on young people and cricketers.
