Calling All Recreational Cricketers - Have your say.....
Hertfordshire Cricket & the England & Wales Cricket Board are calling on recreational players in Hertfordshire to have their say and influence the future of the game at grassroots level in the ECB’s third annual National Cricket Playing Survey which is now LIVE!!!!!
Last year more than 37,000 current and former players nationwide (including more than 500 players in Hertfordshire) responded to the survey – the feedback has already translated into action at local level.
Clubs and Leagues across Hertfordshire are introducing innovative formats, rule changes, different start times, shorter travel distances to matches and greater opportunities for women, girls and disability cricketers to play the game.
This year ECB and its network of County Cricket Boards and leagues are keen to hear an even wider range of views. From Premier League regulars to the occasional social cricketer, every player, spectator and volunteer is being urged to have their say on all aspects of the recreational game.
