For all *Performance Programme training days / squad sessions the following cancellation policy will apply:

Hertfordshire Cricket Limited Cancellation Policy:

Hertfordshire Cricket Limited reserve the right to cancel a Performance Programme training day / squad session prior to the day due to insufficient demand, venue availability or any other circumstances outside of our control. In this situation a full refund will be issued.
In the unlikely event of it being necessary for Hertfordshire Cricket Limited to abandon the training day / squad session on the day due to circumstances beyond our control or inclement weather then no refund will be issued.

If the participant wishes to cancel their booking then the following cancellation policy will apply:

More than 14 days before the day you will receive a 75% refund (25% will be retained for administration costs).
Less than 14 days no refund will be issued unless the cancellation is due to illness or injury when you would be entitled to a full refund upon receipt a valid doctor’s certificate.
Bookings cannot be transferred to other days

Refunds will be processed within 21 days.
