For all ECB Coach Development courses run by Hertfordshire Cricket Limited the following cancellation policies will apply:
- More than 21 days before course commencement, then 100% refund (less £1.50 card admin charge)
- Within 14 - 21 days of course commencement, then 50% refund
- Less than 14 days prior to course commencement, no refund available
- **On day of the course due to illness/injury (including Covid), no refund available
** A part refund will only be considered if the candidate has evidence of a Doctors Certificate or Positive PCR Test.
The above cancellation policy applies to the following courses:
- ECB Support Coach
- ECB Foundation Coach Award
- ECB Core Coach
Please note all courses are non-transferable once the booking has been confirmed.
