On Wednesday 25th April there will be an online DBS event for all those who require ECB DBS verification for the coming season at Hatfield Hyde Cricket Club starting 7.00pm until 8.30pm
The event is for either:
Club Verifier Online Initiation
or
Individual ECB DBS Applications
For those who wish to be verified on the night please make sure you bring your identification in the form of:
2 items from the following:
Valid Passport
Photo Driving Licence
Birth certificate
plus 1 item of the following:
NI Number
Recent Bank or Council Tax Statement or similar documentation with current address (must be dated within the last 3 months)
