ECB Core Coach Programme
The ECB Core Coach is an entry-level qualification for coaching cricket in England and Wales. Alongside the ECB Foundation Award Coach, it forms part of the pathway into cricket coaching.
This blended programme combines e-learning with face-to-face modules led by experienced ECB Coach Developers. Together, you’ll explore:
- The player-centred planning process
- Player development and the skills you can help players build
- How to reflect and learn from your own coaching experiences
By completing the programme and becoming a qualified coach, you’ll join the ECB coaching family — a community dedicated to helping players improve, have fun, stay safe, and enjoy cricket at every stage of their journey.
