A collection of clubs across the county offering regular training sessions for players with a disability. The long-term aim is for fixtures and festivals to be played amongst the Champion Clubs.
Champion Club’s receive £500 per year from the ECB to help with their sessions and a disability cricket kit bag. There may also be additional funding and support towards coach education and inclusive facilities for champion clubs

Hertfordshire currently have 2 established Champion Clubs
Cheshunt Rosedale CC: Home of the Hertfordshire Harriers Disability Cricket Club. The Harriers have been offering cricket for people with a disability for over 20 years and their membership ranges from 14 to over 70 years of age. They play regular friendly softball fixtures on Sundays throughout the summer. For more information about the Harriers please contact Adam Gardener at adam.gardener@hotmail.co.uk
Hatfield Hyde CC: Hatfield Hyde CC are the summer home of the Hatfield Super 1’s Hub and host of the vast majority of the Hertfordshire County team fixtures. This season Hatfield Hyde will be establishing their very own disability section with training bi weekly on Friday evenings and some hardball and softball matches being offered through the summer. Hemel Hempstead Town CC: Hemel Hempstead Town will be offering the first ever Visually Impaired Cricket session in Hertfordshire weekly on Saturday’s starting May 4th 10am-11am. The session is open to anyone with a visual impairment and will use adapted equipment to make the game accessible to all. Kings Langley CC: Kings Langley CC will be offering mixed ability sessions for anyone with a disability to join on Sunday mornings this summer. For more information, please contact Tom Templeton at tom.templeton@yahoo.co.uk
Chorleywood CC: Chorleywood CC will be hosting a Super 1’s Hub this summer (for more details please see the Super 1’s section of this website). They will also be hosting a county fixture against Surrey
