PART-TIME CRICKET PROGRAMMES ADMINISTRATOR15 hours per week - Salary £18K Pro-Rata (c. £7,700 pa) Fixed Term Contract
Hertfordshire Cricket Limited is looking to employ a highly motivated and competent Cricket Programmes Administrator to support and work alongside the Development and Performance teams based at our offices at the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield.
Main Purpose of the Role
To undertake a range of general administrative duties relating to the Development, Performance, Club and Individual Member Affiliation activities of Hertfordshire Cricket.
- To give administrative support to the Cricket Development and Performance teams with the general day to day administration of Hertfordshire Cricket programmes
- To provide a high standard of customer service, dealing effectively with enquiries from members of the cricket community in Hertfordshire by telephone, in person or via email
- Maintain and update the Individual and Club Affiliation / Membership databases of Hertfordshire Cricket and support the administration of the Club Support Programme
- Provide administrative support for the Community Coach Education Programme
Skills and Experience- Experience of working in an office environment in an administrative or secretarial capacity
- Self motivated and self-starter with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Good Time Management Skills
- Flexibility with regard to working times (possibility of occasional evening and weekends)
- Interest / general knowledge of Cricket (desirable but not essential)
