Group 4 North - Match Report
Offley and Stopsley 52 for 6, 3pts v Datchworth 53 for 2, 20pt
Last Updated: Thu 20 May 2010
Offley's young batsmen never came to terms with a low bouncing wicket, and only Harrison St. John made double figures (13no). The main bowling honours went to K. Hare with 3 for 7 from his alloted 4 overs. Mention should however be made to Small who took 2 excellent catches to help dismiss a couple of Offley's potentially dangerous batsmen.
In reply Kempton bowled a wicket maiden in the first over of the innings, but after that the game was dominated by a score of 30 from Bateman. Datchworth reached the low total in relative ease from 10.2 overs.
